Choose the merchant category before submitting. The platform creates the connected account with the category-specific MCC and business profile.

  • Research biochemical materials: MCC 5169 - Chemicals and Allied Products
  • Coaching and educational services: MCC 8299 - Schools and Educational Services (Not Elsewhere Classified)

Research-material merchants require research-use, not-for-consumption, CoA, and lab-buyer positioning. Coaching/education merchants require clear coaching, course, training, workshop, or educational-service positioning and must avoid guaranteed-outcome or regulated-advice claims.

What happens after submit

  1. We fetch your public catalog/site text.
  2. We check category-specific website positioning and restricted-business risk.
  3. Claude reviews the site when AI scanning is enabled.
  4. You get immediate feedback: pre-approved for admin review or changes required.

If the site passes the scan, setup credentials are issued in pending mode. Payments remain blocked until processor onboarding and final approval are complete.
